The adapter can also be used for long-exposure, deep-sky photography when it's attached to a separate guidescope.
Celestron's Universal T-Adapter (drop-in style) fits any make telescope that uses a 1.25-inch focuser or visual back. Able to work seamlessly with a T-Ring made specifically for your brand of camera (sold separately), it expands the utility of both camera and telescope.
