The optics inside the black-anodized aluminum barrel of the Explore Scientific 2” Coma Corrector are multi-coated to reduce reflections and increase contrast. The top of the corrector has three over-sized thumbscrews to hold your eyepiece or other 2” accessory firmly in place. A rubber grip lies just below the thumbscrews, and it is textured to help you keep a firm hold when changing eyepieces or adapters, even with your gloves on.

The Explore Scientific HR Coma Corrector comes with two adapters - an M42x0.75 and an M48x1 threaded adapter that will allow you to secure a standard or oversized t-ring to the corrector.
