TeleGizmos Cover for the 8" SCT Telescope

Keep your 8" SCT Telescope safe from dust, debris, and excess light with this TeleGizmos Solar Cover. The Solar Cover is designed with a multi-layer, polyethylene material, and a thoroughly aluminized surface. This material was initially produced for NASA as an insulator in spacecrafts with strength equal to a multi-layer tarp. It is very strong and light as well as tear and puncture resistant. The cover also has double lap sewn seams for strength and can be securely fastened to your telescope with a built-in drawstring.

The heat reflective ability of this TeleGizmos Solar Cover is extremely high, greatly reducing scope temperature on telescopes left outside in sunlight. True & effective radiant barrier protection. It is highly water-resistant without the need of spray on sealers. Also stops condensation build-up on scopes left outside at night. The material has extreme temperature tolerance; they stay malleable in temps well below freezing and are unaffected by summer sun and heat.

Please Note: The photo shown is for a 12" SCT. The cover you will receive is a bit smaller and is made to fit 8" SCT Telescopes.
