ZWO 1.25" CH4 Methane Band Planetary Imaging Filter
This CH4 Methane Band 1.25” Filter is designed by ZWO, a top name in astro-imaging. The ZWO CH4 Filter has an FWHM of 20 nm and works great for photographing Saturn, Jupiter and the other planets with most monochrome and color IR sensitive imaging cameras. Since the ZWO CH4 Methane Filter passes light that is deep within the near infrared, it can be used to reduce the adverse effects of poor seeing conditions and increase the visibility of fine details in planetary images.
The ZWO Methane filter is housed in a 1.25” cell. The filter comes with a protective plastic case.
